I’m a Process Engineer for Berry Plastics in Franklin, Ky. Schaffhouser Electric was recommended to me by our Principal Engineer; he’d been impressed with their professionalism. I’d happened to be in the process of installing a new steam system on one of our mills, and I’d been looking for an outside source to do my electrical work. I needed someone to come in and provide me with a turn-key operation. I was very impressed with Schaffhouser from day one. Their overall knowledge base electrically was above par. More importantly, they also demonstrated their experience with steam / boiler systems, which was EXACTLY what I needed at the time. Their responsiveness and communication alleviated all potential stress that could happen during a project. This particular project was extremely important to me because it would potentially open the door for other capital projects. It’s been a week since we’ve completed and finalized the project, and I’m incredibly impressed with the outcome.
