A "Transient Voltage Surge Suppression system" is essentially a voltage-sensitive switch that constantly monitors your AC voltage input and output waveforms and then acts quickly, when necessary, to protect your valuable and sensitive electronic equipment from AC power line surges.
If, and when, voltage on the protected line gets too high, the switch will close and divert the sudden flood of power away from your electronics.
We can handle getting a TVSS system up and running from start to finish, including:
- Picking the right system
- Testing the health of the electrical system before install
- Installing the system
It's not just lightning strikes that cause devastating damage to electrical systems. The most common cause is that done by transients. Each time a large piece of electrical equipment turns off, a switching transient occurs. These brief surges are responsible for most of the damage we see done to electronic equipment in Middle Tennessee and beyond.
A professionally installed TVSS system is a great tool for protecting your equipment and even your customer data from spikes and surges of all kinds.
